Martina Gecelli trained as a visual artist and an architect, works as a freelanced artist in London, where she moved in 1997 form Germany. She received a PGCE in Art and Design at the Institute of Education in London. Martina is interested to establish new teaching strategies where the student is actively involved in decision-making processes. She is teaching a wide range of students from primary school age to university level. Especially interested in three-dimensional projects with an architectural focus, she likes the projects to be multi-media and influenced by ‘outside’ subjects. She regards a hands-on approach as essential in order to build up confidence and sensuality in the children.
