I often go up to the ninth floor and when I get out of the lift, I try to remember to look out. It’s a building site but you can see right across open fields. I don’t mind that it’s a building site, I sometimes think about the people who are up working in the cranes.
I find it refreshing… the contact with the outside. There's no view from the wards on the ground floor and I laugh with the patients up on the ninth floor about their penthouse views and what the rent in Cambridge would be for a view like this.
