Autumn (patient) and Rahma

Autumn (patient) and Rahma

We’re going to keep these poem pills and read them again.
I love button poems. This is my favourite at the moment:
My depression is a shape shifter
One days is as small as a fire-fly
In the palm of a bear
The next it’s the bear
On those days I play dead until the bear leaves me alone.
